MarketMemo
Privacy Policy
Effective August 4, 2026
MarketMemo is provided by Quicksilver Industries LTD. It is designed as a private, offline notebook for market shopping.
Data we collect
Quicksilver Industries LTD does not collect, receive, sell, or use personal data from MarketMemo. The app has no account system, analytics, advertising SDK, cloud sync, or application networking. If you choose a policy or support link inside the app, MarketMemo hands that address to your browser; the app itself does not transmit your notebook data.
Information stored on your device
Outing names, dates, location notes, item details, prices, booth notes, dimensions, photos, shortlist choices, draft recovery information, and notebook recovery copies are stored locally in MarketMemo's app container. This information is not transmitted to us.
Camera and photo library
MarketMemo requests camera or photo-library access only when you choose to add an item photo. Selected images are copied into the app's local storage and remain under your control.
Backups and sharing
You can explicitly create, import, or share a portable notebook backup and can share text summaries. Apple presents the destination chooser. Anything you send to another app, storage provider, or person is governed by that destination's privacy practices. MarketMemo does not upload backups by itself.
Retention and deletion
Your information remains on the device until you delete individual records, reset the notebook, remove retained recovery copies, or delete MarketMemo. Backups you exported must be deleted separately from the destination where you saved them.
Children
MarketMemo does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If MarketMemo's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed version is distributed.
